This notice explains ownership of the content published on the Sajjil Back Office platform (the "Platform") and the rules governing its use. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this notice and agree to abide by it.

1. Ownership

The content of this Platform, in all its elements, is owned by the Ministry of Labour unless expressly stated otherwise next to a specific item.

2. Content Covered

This notice covers, without limitation: the text, designs, interfaces, graphics, and icons used throughout the Platform; the structure of its pages and organization of its content; the "Sajjil" name and its associated brand assets; and the Ministry of Labour's logo and the official emblems of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

This notice does not cover data entered by users while using the Platform, which is governed separately by the Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted Use

You may browse the Platform and view its content for the ordinary functional and personal purposes associated with its intended use, and you may print or save individual copies of pages solely for that purpose.

No part of the Platform's content may be copied, republished, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial or public purposes, nor incorporated into other platforms or materials, without prior written permission from the Ministry of Labour.

4. Trademarks

The "Sajjil" name and logo, as well as the official logos and emblems of the Ministry of Labour, are marks owned by their respective holders and may not be used in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or association without authorization.
