These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Sajjil Back Office platform operated for the Ministry of Labour. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Sajjil Back Office platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all authorized users of the system, including Ministry of Labour staff and any other parties formally granted access to the administrative interface.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Access to this platform is limited to Ministry of Labour employees and parties formally authorized to use it. Each user is responsible for ensuring that any information they provide through the system is accurate and complete, and for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential and not sharing them with any other party.

Users bear full responsibility for any activity carried out through their account, and must promptly notify the relevant party if they suspect any unauthorized use of their account.

Acceptable Use of the Platform

Users agree to use the platform solely for the administrative and operational purposes it is intended for, and in line with their assigned role and permissions. Use of the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose is prohibited.

Without limitation, users may not enter misleading or inaccurate data, attempt to access areas of the system beyond their authorized permissions, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's operation or security in any way.

Service Availability and Updates

This platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind regarding continuous availability or freedom from errors. The platform may be updated, modified, or taken offline for periodic maintenance, which may result in temporary interruptions to service.

The operating entity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to any feature of the platform, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, for operational, security, or maintenance purposes.

Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

All elements displayed on this platform, including but not limited to its design, logos, text, icons, and interfaces, are protected under applicable intellectual property rights. Use of this system is at the user's own risk. The operating entity shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Governing Law and Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom.

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically; continued use of the platform after any such updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
