Data We Collect

In the course of performing their duties, staff use the platform to process data relating to registered job seekers, employers, and establishments — including identity data (such as national ID numbers), contact details (phone numbers and mailing addresses), employment history and qualifications, and establishment records (such as commercial registration and business activity).

Operational data about staff use of the platform itself — such as login records and administrative actions performed — is also logged for internal audit and accountability purposes.

Purpose of Processing

This data is used to deliver employment services and match job seekers with available opportunities, to process establishment and licensing-related requests, to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements for official registration and record-keeping, and to support the reporting and statistics that inform national employment policy.

Data is not used for commercial or advertising purposes, and is not analyzed beyond what is necessary to deliver the service or meet statutory obligations.

How Data Is Protected

Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are applied to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including role-based access controls, logging of sensitive operations, and the use of secure data-transmission channels.

Access to data is limited to authorized staff whose duties require it, on a need-to-know basis.

Data Sharing

Data may be shared with relevant government entities where necessary, within the limits set by applicable laws and regulations or as required by the nature of the service provided — for example, verifying identity data or exchanging employment records between concerned authorities.

Data is not shared with parties outside authorized government entities except under a clear legal basis.

Data Subject Rights

Within applicable regulatory frameworks, data subjects may request access to their data held by the Ministry and request correction of any inaccurate or outdated information, through the Ministry's official designated channels.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by applicable regulations, with the continued need for retention reviewed periodically.
